Schnittke’s Snickers Shine at NZCT Chamber Music Contest 2022 National Final
What a remarkable weekend! With over 1,000 young instrumentalists forming 320 ensembles, it was an incredible privilege to witness such a high standard of musicianship at the NZCT Chamber Music Contest 2022 National Final at Auckland Town Hall.
We are so proud of Schnittke’s Sneakers, who were honored to perform as one of the top 8 finalists, sharing the stage with so many talented young musicians. Their focus, dedication, and musicality shone throughout the competition.
Congratulations to all participants for their outstanding achievements! Thank you to Chamber Music New Zealand for providing these unforgettable opportunities and experiences — the memories and inspiration from this weekend will endure with these young musicians for years to come.
